Linux 2.2.17pre15 and glibc 2.1.3 (the latter being unchanged since LinuxPPC
2000 was installed). This doesn't seem an unusual combination to me, but I
might be wrong.
In summary, the problem is that it can't find declarations for thinks like
TCP_FLAG_SYN, TCP_FLAG_ACK, TCP_FLAG_FIN, etc. Where should these be found?
