        I'm pretty sure this was in the archives, but I couldn't find an actual
answer. I'm trying to compile mol from the latest source on my
glibc-2.2.1 system and am getting the error:

gcc -pipe -O2 -Wall -fomit-frame-pointer -mmultiple
-I/usr/src/mol-0.9.53/sinclude -I./include -I../include -c -o
obj/timer.o timer.c
timer.c:53: conflicting types for `timer_t'
/usr/include/time.h:94: previous declaration of `timer_t'
make[1]: *** [obj/timer.o] Error 1
make: *** [_subdir_emulation] Error 2
