rsync/bk tree - when is it coming back?

I'm not sure if anyone but Sam knows this - but any idea when the rsync
tree is coming back? Is this just a matter of finding a new host? How
much bandwidth a month is taken up by rsync/bk access? I have a 10G
allowance on a server at RackSpace that I'm currently only using about
1-2G of. I could easily allow about 4-6G per month for the MOL tree.
