mol fails to start

Subject: mol fails to start

0.9.60 on YDL 2 (stock 2.2.19 kernel) on a B&W mac. It had been working fine
(only installed a week or so ago), then yesterday it started complaining and
wouldn't start. If I keep trying, it eventually starts, but it is both
annoying and perplexing. Any ideas? I've pasted in the results of a startmol
-a.

thanks

Jason

ps - I'm still fairly new to linux, so use small words :)
