Most court cases of this nature appear to favour the consumer's 
choice over the company. Good recent examples are Bleem! and 
Connectix Virtual GameStation. This will be put to the test with Jim 
Drew's (www.microcode-solutions.com) new emulator which has a 
hardware configuration of a PPC on a PCI card for the PC. I guess 
everyone can wait to see what happens on that one!
