No. 

Well, actually it might be almost possible if one uses
an oldworld ROM and configures the nvram for BeOS booting.
The 53c94 emulation of the SCSI chip could be used for disk
access (this code is not normally used, but it is still 
present). No video driver though.

A better idea is writing a boot loader instead of relying
on the OpenFirmware implementation in the oldworld rom and
then write custom device drivers for MOL. I don't know
much about the inner workings of BeOS though.
