Can't Install MOL

i installed 9.63 from source on mandrake 8.2 today 
i had to upgrade binutils and ad -DEXPORT_SYMTAB to the CFLAGS  argument in 
the Makefiles of  ./mol-0.9.63/src/kmod and ./mol-0.9.63/src/kmod/Linux
and i believe one more.
i also had to make the simlinks
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/asm -> /usr/src/linux-2.4.18-6.1mdk/include/asm/ 
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/linux->/usr/src/linux-2.4.18-6.1mdk/include/linux/
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/net -> /usr/src/linux-2.4.18-6.1mdk/include/net/
at least thats what i did to get things running
i am stuck now with ethernet problems ...... :(
