woohoo!

AFAICT the clock slowdown problem is indeed fixed! Haven't 
stress-tested it yet, or had the chance to watch the clock long term, 
but so far all looks good.

Still running from source, have not installed mol yet. Question: any 
real reason to install? I mean, now that I've built it, I need do 
nothing more than always run startmol from the src directory, right?
