Hi,

This list is more about a specific piece of software called MOL --
mac-on-linux rather than generally linux-on-macs.  Your particular problem
with brand-spanking new hardware (drool :) is known and has been covered
on the YDL and mandrake-cooker-ppc lists from which you might find better
support.  The workaround is to explicitly give the kernel the hard disk
geometry hdd=xxx,xx or something.  Search on "ibook" on those lists.  The
graphics card (Radeon 128 ?) may need some help too.  Stew Benedict from
Mandrake is extremely helpful.  IIRC the modem is a software based
"win-modem" and will NOT work in linux.
