mol under a firewall

i have installed a firewall (ip-masq) on my linux box (kernel 2.4.19)
running latest version of mol.

Since that i'm no more able to connect to the outside network (nor
intranet)

my ip-masq config : 192.168.0.1

under mol i have 192.168.1.1 (ip-masq machine) 192.168.1.2 (mol
pseudo-machine)

if i change the mol tcp/ip pannel to 192.168.0.3 and so one, no
connection. (that is as another machine on the lan)

does i have to change my ip-masq setting to 192.168.1.n ???
