0.9.65 on OS X desktop - how to get to linux?

I have a 2001 ibook with OS 10.1.5 and CD-RW on one partition and yellow 
dog linux 2.4.19 on the other partition.  I have downloaded the two 
0.9.65 updates to MOL, which are now on my OS X desktop.  How do I get 
them from the apple desktop to linux so that i can install them? i am a 
newbie and have not hit critical mass of learning to figure it out yet.
