Problem: startmol --test

Further progress.

I can now "startmol --test". 

I changed my molrc back to 
	disable_altivec:        no
seeing as I had recompiled my kernel with altivec support.

Now I'm just getting a failure to find a boot device. I think I've seen messages about that, so I'll go check the archives.

By the way, I tried running mol from the console (before I made this change), and froze the system. (Or at least froze the keyboard so I couldn't do anything.)
