old world boot or new world boot on Powerbook G3 (Kanga)

thanks for the reply.

things are starting to get clearer.

As i said, after i copied the Mac OS ROM file into the system folder and 
went back to new world boot in the molrc file, the situation started to 
improve

apart from the Mac OS ROM file, are you saying there are other files i 
might be missing? i wonder what they'd be.
