mol-0.9.69 kver mismatch on G3

thanks for fixing the "make rpms" part in the rsync tree ...
One small problem left for YDL users, inside "scripts/rpmdist" is the 
command "rpm -ba".. that does not work anymore on newer rpm versions, it 
is "rpmbuild -ba" now ...

And now a new problem,
I did build 0.9.69 successfull from rsync. As I only have an iBook G3, the 
modules are build -noav ...

I have the line "allow_kver_mismatch: yes" in my setup, but it seems to be 
ignored ...

in 0.9.68 it worked with this parm ...

Any help would be appreciated ...
