time difference

Andreas has said only that he had the correct time under OSX.
Almost certainly that means he does NOT have the correct time under 
Linux anymore (unless he uses ntp to reset it).

Linux and OSX fight over the system clock and booting to OSX resets the 
hardware clock, usually swapping GMT and local, or doing something which 
has the effect of putting your clock off by that difference (though I'm 
not sure whether it puts it off + or -).
