Serious problems with OldWorld booting on a Mac 7300

Oh. When I said specifying 604 (I actually have a G3) didn't do anything
good or bad? I was wrong. Specifying 604, with the 7200 ROM and the 8500
oftree, LOCKS THE MACHINE the instant it starts loading the CD. I don't
mean it locks Mac-on-Linux. IT LOCKS THE ACTUAL MACHINE. Thank Deus I am
using journaled filing systems...
