HOWTO: Debian BenH

I've started a HOWTO for MOL on Debian with a BenH kernel. Comments
welcome (including "hey, but there's already one at...."):

The basics (expanding from Markus Frauenfelder):

apt-get install mol-modules-source mol                        #Get stuff
cd $KSRC &&  make-kpkg modules_image && cd .. && ls           #Compile modules
dpkg -i mol-modules-<your kernel version>                     #Install modules
apt-get install mol-drivers-macosx                            #Get drivers
cp /usr/share/doc/mol/config/* /etc/mol/                      #Copy config
molvconfig                                                    #Select video
startmol --osx                                                #Run it!
