Trying to compile kmods for 0.9.68

I recently downloaded the 0.9.68 RPM along with the kmod source RPM from 
the www.maconlinux.org download page. After I switch to the kmod source 
directory, do ./configure and do make install I get:

   This tree does not contain the binary support
   files. Do 'make libimport' to download them.
==================================================
make[3]: *** [bincheck] Error 1
make[2]: *** [install-data-am] Error 2
make[1]: *** [install-am] Error 2
make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1

Then I do:

[root@localhost mol-kmods-0.9.68]# make libimport
scripts/libimport import
make: scripts/libimport: Command not found
make: *** [libimport] Error 127

There is no 'import' or 'libimport' in the scripts directory. Is 
something missing out of that source RPM? Where can I get these 'binary 
support files'?
