This worked!

Mac launches on Linux.

Now my next obstacle:
Mac only boots in what appears to be 800 x 600 with a depth of 8?

I've torqued with the video config file, but nothing changes. It will
appear to start in the higher setting but reset to this "default"

Any ideas?
