On a linux system, after you|ve set the system time you have to set the hardware clock accordingly. hwclock --systohc should do the job.
If that doesnt help change your kernel. i had success by diabling the rtc emulation enaling the rtc real rtc device that then appears, and also disabling the extended rtc.

Sorry for the ad. have to write from the web frontend as for some reason wlan in linux doesnt work anymore for me.
