MOL crash: Instruction Pointer not in ROM/RAM

I am having the same error as described in
http://lists.maconlinux.org/pipermail/mol-general/2003-February/001214.html

I installed MOL on a G3 w/ Debian and it worked fine with the command
startmol -X -a

Once I had OS 10.2 running there was an install package for MOL drivers.  I
installed these, shutdown MOL, and rebooted the machine.  Now I am receiving
the Instruction Pointer error.  I booted directly into OS X and removed the
MOL drivers that had been installed, but continue to have the problem.  I
also removed and reinstalled the Debian MOL packages.  No joy.

Has this problem been resolved?
