network problem

Hi all
I have problems making the tunnel driver work on my
installation of mol. I am running debain on an apple
iBook 1GHz.
On OSX side the networking seems to work ok, the
system says there is a connection to the internet. but
when I start a browser or try to ping: no answers. a
timeout seems to end those approaches.
The network setup on osx looks like this:
IPv4 config: DHCP
IP-Address: 192.168.40.2
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Router: 192.168.40.1
Since I dont know where the problem is I will provide
