Running a Linux ISO with MOL

Hi,

I need to do regression testing on a series of successive builds of a 
Linux distro in ISO form.  Can I use MOL to boot the ISO without 
burning it to CD first?  I see that MOL works at the hardware level, 
which is discouraging for my project.  Is there any way around this, or 
is there some other quick and easy solution that I'm not seeing?
