mol osx drivers broken?

Hi,

I'm trying build the MOLs OS X drivers from bk://mol.bkbits.net/osx- 
drivers on 10.3.9. I want to add some debugging code to the PIC  
driver because to finally get my pci proxying stuff working (I'm  
quite stuck with interrupt handling :-( ). However, building fails  
for MolSCSI and MolAudio (missing headers and such). Are there  
additional packages from Apple needed? I already looked at Apple's  
opensource stuff but couldn't find something that really helped. Has  
somebody had success building the drivers on 10.3?

Ideas? Samuel? Anyone?
