Thanks for the advice.. with two memory cards it works just fine.  Also a
UBS sound attachment works perfect.  I should note however that the one
recommended (Terratec Aureon Dual USB card/stick) seems to be available only
in Europe.  I am using a generic one which has no problems with sound
output.  However-should such UBS units also accept sound from a microphone
through their microphone input.  Mine does not work for some reason.

As a second question, are there existing clear instructions available for
setting up a PowerStation as a dual or tri-boot Linux system?
