ypl 2.2 bootdisk creation causes fatal error

here is the error codes I receive



ydl 2.2
ibook, 600mhz just purchased 3.22.02
need to run OS X and OS 9, default boot into OS X.

fails when it tries to write with fatal error

"This module suffered a fatal error! Choose 'continue' to go 
forward (this is risky and may cause damage to your system),'Quit' to
abort the installation, or 'Debug' to enter the python debugger.

any help?
