YDL 2.2 Install issues on 9600 w/G3

I am trying to install YDL 2.2 on my 9600 wG3 upgrade.

I get serious errors when I try to partition the drive (I have formatted the internal SCSI drive to a single HFS standard partition).  I have Mac OS 9 and X on a separate IDE drive connected via a Sonnet Tempo card.

The error is along the lines of "You can't have a partiion outside the drive"

Any ideas?

Am d/loading the core components from the ftp sites and will try again tonight when I get home from work.
