YDL upgrade using apt-get

Maybe a good workaround, but not what I'd call a seamless or user-friendly
method. However, I'm sure Dan & Co. are working diligently to resolve
this........right, Dan?

What you can do is use yup to grab the files that are giving you MD5sum
mismatches and installing them.  Then continue to use apt-get.  apt-get
should realize that the packages that are installed with yup exist and don't
need to be downloaded and installed.
