Any ppc programmers interested in Video Conferencing?

Well, I am using a camera, and I'm told that my transmitted signal has 
the mosaic-ing I mentioned (this was in transmission to a friend using 
Smith-Micro's Videolink Pro).  I also see it in the received video from 
the Polycom videoconferencing gear at work, so I don't think its 
Videolink's fault.

As for sound, I don't have any other process using it.  Xmms works fine. 
 I had been in touch with a fellow who was working on the OSS sound 
driver on PPC, but that was a while ago.
