Broken IBM JDK (was IBM JDK + Tomcat - anyone?)

Hi Graham et al,
	   I've noticed the IBM JDK shipped with Yellowdog 2.2 
doesn't work either. Similar symptoms. I've a feeling it's some kernel or glibc issue 
(floating stacks)  & have mailed
this list, the linuxPPC list, and IBM, have received no replies. On YellowDog 2.0 
it used to work, and is way superior to the Blackdown JDK for speed (it has a good jit).

Anybody at IBM or Yellowdog listening and aware of this? It seems loopy of yellowdog to package
it when it's broken out-of-the box...
