Agree with the shipping cost posts: If I am prepared
to pay 50-80$ (depending on what I buy) *with*
shipping, I would be prepared to pay that amount to
Terrasoft, instead  of half FedEx, half Terrasoft.

A few suggestions: 
1) Offer to ship USPS (international). Amazon.com does
it and it costs 4USD per book. According to the USPS
website, a Global priority envelope which would easily
carry a CD is betweed 4 and 6 USD (to Canada).
2) Charge for the ISO download. Leave the individual
packages without charge. I have never understood why
you gave away the ISO, which is the same as giving
away the finished product with today's hardware and
internet connections. You can't make this up in
volume! I am charged for my tax prep software every
year. And I pay it (20USD) although I use it only
once!
