Bugzilla?

I actualy had more luck with Bugzilla yesterday
after renewed interest thanks to this list.  One
of the things I'm doing is simplifying the query page, etc.
For a project like YDL, we don't need to have extremely
fine grained control of the search since there's just not
thousands of recorded bugs.
