PCC Upgraded to 604e and YDL 2.3

[John R Sandidge]

Two user names on my system, root and John. The installation does not have a
way booting into the John or root. Only by rebooting the entire system can I
change from John to root, or root to John. I get a lot of errors when I try
to change, finally ending in a KDE init quit. Email me any questions.
