IBM's Java Toolkit and YDL 2.3

The IBM java doesn't run in any newer kernel unless the kernel has smp 
support included (and you really don't want to run an smp kernel if you 
have a single-processor machine).    It's not specific to YDL2.3.

The blackdown port works.  But it has no jit and I'm told it can't be 
used with Tomcat.
