Problems with YDL 2.2 Network Configuration

My "FriendlyNET" 10/100 card from Asante works fine with the tulip 
driver.  It comes up as eth0, while the on-board ethernet comes up as 
eth1.  This is in ydl2.3, kernel 2.4.19.something (I'm in osx now, I 
can't check the version number).  Asante support stinks -- I'll never 
do business with them again.  But the card works ok in linux.
