I'd like to try-out third party software of yellowdog, namelly mulberry a=
s a=20
cross-platform email client.
then, i've downloaded the 221 version but when starting it i get the foll=
owing=20
[root@baladeur mulberry]# ./mulberry
=2E/mulberry: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc6.1-2.s=
o.3:=20
cannot open sha
red object file: No such file or directory
an rpm -q gives the version libstdc++-2.10.0-4j
qhich, according to :
=20
<http://www.rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/yellowdog/1.0/yellowdog-2.2/ppc/Yellow=
Dog/ppc/libstdc++-2.10.0-4j.ppc.html>
provides libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3.
does that means mulberry works only with an older version of libstdc++ ??=
?
in which case could i --force the install of an older lib ?
