If I enscript an ordinary text file, I get nice headers on each page (I can see them in ghostscript). But if I print the result via CUPS, I don't see any headers. Printing the same .ps file to the same printer via LPRng works fine, headers and all. The printer in question is an HP LaserJet 8150DN. In configuring CUPS I selected the HP LaserJet option. How can I get CUPS to behave? -- rshapiro@bbn.com
