pageup and pagedown emulation on powerbook

I it almost working. I use the apple key + up/down keys to get
pageup/down. I did the followering:

xmodmap -e "clear mod3"
xmodmap -e "keycode 115 = Mode_switch" xmodmap -e "add mod3 = Mode_switch"
xmodmap -e "keycode 104 = Down Next Next" xmodmap -e "keycode 98 = Up
Prior Prior"

It works in most apps, opera,xterm,mc but not in nedit. Is there any
smarter way to do this?
