Is LVM supported in YDL 2.1, 2.2 or 2.3?

  Long time no "see"!-)

That's kinda what I gathered, but wanted to make sure. Since you've got
2.3 on your ANS (and my systems are ANSs) did you do a clean install of
2.3 or upgrade from some previous release? Did you have to build your
own kernel (any new patches needed for the ANS?) and did you have to make
any changes to the ramdisk image? For that matter, were you able to use
the ramdisk image off of the CD or did you need to put it on floppies?

When I last played with YDL 2.1 (on a RiscPC), I had to build a special
kernel, and modify the ramdisk AND put it all on floppies. Hope it's a
little easier with 2.3 :)
