Where are system-wide shell aliases?

Hi,

I just installed YDL 2.2 and would like to have some system-wide shell 
aliases. In which file are those aliases stored.

By default e.g., ll is aliased to /bin/ls -l. I would like to have some 
more aliases for my users, without each of them needing to change their 
.bashrc.
