OS X to Linux transition - Help needed!

A few things are still preventing me from making the transition from OS 
X to Linux. on my TiBook. Can someone please answer a few question on 
that for me?

1. What can I do to convert my Mail.app mailboxes to KMail (KDE 3.0)?
2. What can I use on Linux to play .mov files?
3. Is there any other app, other than gnucash, to replace Quicken, which 
lets me do on-line banking?
4. Is there any app under Linux which I can use for movie editing, to 
replace iMovie?
