YDL 2.3

Howdy Pietro,

  I think Dan was referring to a broken link in trying to run YUP to
  update machines.  On their site, yup thought 2.1 was still a current
  release even though it has been moved to old_releases.

  I don't believe Dan was talking about IBMJava2 at all.
