Simple Network Setup for YDL (ver 2.0)

Edit /etc/xinetd.d/telnet and change the "disable" line to "no"

Also make sure that telnet is not commented out in /etc/services

Then send xinetd a kill -USR2 <pid> (or just reboot) and try to 
telnet to the box.
