Postfix+Courier+MySQL+Mailman

Continuing to gather info/binaries for my new server.

I've decided that for my new server I want to implement Courier in 
order to use it's virtual user features.  I've seen the HOWTO posted 
at http://kirb.insanegenius.net/postfix.html, but it has instructions 
for installing from scratch.  I've already got Postfix and MySQL 
installed.

* I've looked through the Postfix configuration files and don't see 
anything about pointing it to MySQL;

* Is there a Courier-IMAP RPM available somewhere for YDL?  On 
RPMfind there's a number of separate pieces but I'm not sure which 
ones I need.  They're not specifically for YDL.
