eth0 Problem... I think

Hello All,

I have been running into a problem with my NIC card
recently.  Its currently set up to connect to a DSL
service through Roaring Penguin PPPoE.  I have had it
working before, although yesterday it started to act
funny in that despite the fact that it reports to have
connected succesfully, I can't do anything.  The only
thing I have observed differently is that when I
restart the network I get this message:

"eth0:   eth0 is TP   OK"

Any ideas?
