B&W G3 can't boot YDL2.2

It's an ATA100 Sonnet card. And you're right. The card was the
culprit. I took out the card last night, and it was able to find
the bootloader. It didn't boot properly, though, due to a kernel
panic from not being able to find a socket driver. So, I
clean-installed YDL, and it's been working just fine!
Am I sol with this IDE card as far as booting through it?
