I just did a checkout of the whole alsa CVS tree, and installing it all (on my TiBook 667 with YDl 2.2, all yup'd to date) was as simple as typing 'make' in the cvs tree. Mixer working, all making sound, OSS compatibility working happily. huzzah! nigel
