Shut down problem

Whenever I am running YDL and I shut down my mac, it turns back on again after about 10 seconds of being completely off. I am curious if there is a way to deal with this.

Also, is there a sleep function in YDL? I usually put my mac to sleep rather than shut down in the evening. As it is, I must restart, boot into Mac OS and then sleep.
