Could you be more specific about you sounds problems? For example, Where
exactly your sound does and doesn't work? Do you get a certain error
message? Does it appear to play but nothing comes out? Also detail like
what sound service you're using would help. For example if your using
Gnome your might be using ESD or arts if your in KDE.  Does xmms give
any error?
