YDL Programmer,

The YDL and Black Lab development teams desire to enhance the performance of=
 code development libraries with AltiVec enhancements if/when possible. But=
 before we dive in, we need to know which libraries are most used by you.

If you have a Fortran or C library that is either:

	a) not yet ported to YDL; or
	b) does not perform to your expectations,
